Charges Dropped Agains Robert B Azinger

HARRISVILLE — 4 suspects in 3 separate cases were indicted this calendar week past the Ritchie County Grand Jury on a combined 92 charges of sexual set on and sexual abuse involving minors.

Besides indicted was a Harrisville man charged with two counts of attempted murder and one count of malicious assault.

Jerry A. Donley, 39, of Pennsboro, faces forty counts, including 14 charges of sexual abuse past a custodian, thirteen charges of incest, nine of first-degree sexual corruption and four of 2nd-degree sexual assault. According to the indictment filed in Ritchie County Circuit Courtroom, the incidents all involved a single minor and occurred between September 2016 and May of this year.

Donley is out of custody on a $60,000 bond, Ritchie County Prosecutor Samuel C. Rogers II said.

The 32 charges confronting Allen D. Elliott, 45, of Harrisville, involve three alleged victims and span a catamenia of virtually two decades.

Elliott was indicted on two counts each of second-degree sexual assail and sexual abuse by a custodian from incidents involving the same victim betwixt 1994 and 1998. Three charges of first-degree sexual attack, 7 charges of 2nd-degree sexual set on and x counts of sexual abuse by a person in a position of trust involve another modest, between January 1998 and December 1999.

The remaining eight charges — one count of offset-caste sexual assail, three counts of 2nd-caste sexual assail and four counts of sexual abuse by a custodian — come from incidents between January 2009 and December 2013 involving a third minor.

Elliott is in custody at the North Central Regional Jail on a $100,000 bond.

Married man and wife Paul S. Hadden and Joanna Thou. Fleming of Harrisville were indicted on 12 and 8 charges, respectively. Hadden, 45, faces six counts each of second-degree sexual set on and sexual abuse by a custodian, while Fleming, 22, is charged with 4 of each of the same counts.

Fleming was released on a $60,000 bond, Rogers said, while Hadden remains in custody at the Due north Central Regional Jail on a $45,000 bond.

Those three cases are unrelated, Rogers said.

"Unfortunately, yeah," he said. "Nosotros just accept likewise many of them."

Also indicted was Burton L. Anderson Jr., 52, of 404 Mayberry Run Road, Harrisville, charged with 2 counts of attempted murder and one count of malicious assault for allegedly running over Larry L. Foster Two in March 2016. Rogers said Anderson was reindicted later on the charges had to be dismissed for technical reasons. He's scheduled to be arraigned on October. eleven.

Other indictments returned by the grand jury included:

* Katrina H. Ayers, 30, Pennsboro, child abuse resulting in injury, domestic battery and child neglect resulting in injury.

* John A. Estep, 32, 1408 Oak St., Parkersburg, fleeing from an officer in a vehicle with reckless indifference, faux bear witness of registration, third-offense driving nether suspension and failure to maintain security.

* Delbert W. Hall, 54, 1648 Dutchman Route, Macfarlan, W.Va., 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and 1 count of unlawful operation of a constitute manufacturing distilled spirits.

* Jason B. Hartness, 38, 119 Sherwood Lane, Cairo, iii counts of wanton endangerment with a firearm.

* Zachary L. Hilkey, 19, P.O. Box 222, Ellenboro, breaking and entering, burglary, two counts of conspiracy to commit thousand larceny, two counts of conspiracy to commit breaking and entering and two counts of grand larceny.

* Joshua M. Layfield, 25, 1924 Cisco Road, Cairo, grand larceny and conspiracy to commit thousand larceny.

* Tristan R. McGuire, xviii, 633 Northwest Turnpike, Pennsboro, breaking and entering, conspiracy to commit petit larceny, 2 counts of grand larceny, 2 counts of conspiracy to commit grand larceny and two counts of petit larceny.

* David R. Satterfield, 21, Stable Drive, Ellenboro, breaking and entering, conspiracy to commit petit larceny, two counts of petit larceny, two counts of thou larceny and 2 counts of conspiracy to commit g larceny.

* Everett S. Schmidt, 48, 311 Highland Road, St. Marys, 2 counts of solicitation of a small-scale via computer and 10 counts of use of obscene matter with intent to seduce a minor.

* Karen Westward. Schneider, 18, 154 Barbwire Lane, St. Marys, breaking and entering, burglary, 2 counts of conspiracy to commit thou larceny, two counts of grand larceny and ii counts of conspiracy to commit breaking and entering.

* Kirsten Due north. Brusque, 26, Apt. 430A, Shilo Road, Pennsboro, uttering obtaining past false pretense forgery, iii counts of forgery, three counts of uttering and iii counts of obtaining money by imitation pretense.

* Darlene S. Siers, 46, 1924 Cisco Road, Cairo, conspiracy to commit thou larceny and two counts of grand larceny.

* Jeffrey S. Smith, 43, 2803 Petroleum Road, Petroleum, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

* Michael Q. Sullivan, 39, Pennsboro, child abuse resulting in injury and domestic battery.

* Robert Due west. Wright, 32, 3919 Eighth Ave., Parkersburg, soliciting a minor via calculator and employ of obscene matter with intent to seduce a pocket-size.
